Our Story
ABOUT RED LINE KITCHEN CO.
Our story began in 2024 with Rauley’s Twisted, Toasted & Smoked—a family-run food truck created by Chef Josh Raulerson. Built on hard work, bold flavors, and a love for serving the community, Rauley’s quickly developed a loyal following and earned recognition in a few North Florida food competitions.
In 2025, Rauley’s won First Place People’s Choice at King of the Wing in Ocala and earned a top-three chicken finish in another barbecue competition. As the business continued to grow, they began looking for the right partners to help take their vision to the next level.
That next chapter began through a partnership with Destination Unlimited Holdings, owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Danielle Lazzaro. By combining the strengths and experience of both teams, Rauley’s Twisted, Toasted & Smoked became Red Line Kitchen Co.
In 2026, we entered our first competition under the Red Line Kitchen Co. name. Our team proudly earned Judges’ Choice First Place for Brisket, along with another top-three finish—beginning this new chapter with an exciting win
MEET THE TEAM
Josh serves as Chef, Operating Manager/Partner of Red Line Kitchen Co.
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Josh brings more than 25 years of commercial kitchen experience and received culinary training based on the Le Cordon Bleu curriculum during his military service. His creativity, experience, and dedication are behind every menu and every plate we serve.
Danielle serves as an Operating Manager/Partner of Red Line Kitchen Co.
A former EMS professional with more than 15 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, Danielle helps oversee scheduling, hospitality, customer service, and daily operations.
Daniel is a retired firefighter and co-owner of Destination Unlimited Holdings LLC.
He brings leadership, business experience, and a lifelong commitment to service to the partnership behind Red Line Kitchen Co.
Ashley is a U.S. Army veteran and serves as the Business & Operations Manager of Red Line Kitchen Co.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in business administration and operations, overseeing marketing, communications, bookkeeping, brand development, and the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Together, we are a team grounded in service, family, hospitality, and community. We are proud of where we started, grateful for everyone who has supported us, and excited for everything ahead as Red Line Kitchen Co. continues to grow.
