DROP-OFF CATERING

A simple, convenient option with no return service required. You select your menu, and we prepare and package everything in disposable chafing dishes for buffet-style service. Your order is delivered ready for you to set out and serve—no Red Line staff remain on-site.

FOOD TRUCK ON-SITE

Bring the Red Line Kitchen Co. experience directly to your event. Our food truck and team remain on-site to prepare and serve guests fresh from the truck. This option is perfect for festivals, business events, community gatherings, private parties, and casual celebrations.

BUFFET SETUP & RETURN SERVICE

We deliver your selected menu, arrange the buffet using formal chafing dishes and serving equipment, and return after the event for cleanup and equipment pickup. This option does not include Red Line staff remaining on-site during meal service.

ON-SITE EVENT CATERING

Designed for weddings and other formal celebrations, this option includes buffet and dining-area setup, on-site buffet assistance during the meal, and cleanup following service. We do not provide full tableside or plated service, but our team remains available to help keep dinner service organized and running smoothly.
